From Heartbreaking to Hope: Cory’s story
It’s not just being hit and punched like a punching bag. Domestic abuse is emotional abuse too. No one sees the bruises but your brain is so traumatised by being used as verbal punching bag. It’s just as bad.

hiding the injuries at work with makeup doesn't work after a while when the makeup fades and you have to keep coming up with BS stories as to how you got injured this time. Adults aren't dumb, they can tell after a while when another adult is lying. It was humiliating.

These domestic abusers are sick, twisted, sadistic men who lure women into relationships with them under false pretenses, knowing full well that once they have the female hooked, they will violently rip the rug out from underneath her and begin the cycle of abuse (aka the mean-sweet cycle). Some of these men are malignant narcissists, some are sociopaths, and some are males with borderline personality disorder....but they are ALL sadistic, lying, POS predators who get off on taking a strong, confident, beautiful woman and tear her down until she's absolutely nothing. ...and yes, I had one of those predators admit that to me and use that exact phrasing. It is something they PRE-PLAN when they first meet a female. They size her up, and see how easy she will be to abuse and to dismantle her personality. That is what I think is not talked about enough. These men PRE-PLAN this...and actually scout for females they believe won't call 911...and the really sick thing I found out is that they've been sharing this information online with one another (the abusers, that is) for over a decade, at least, as to which tactics are the most effective abusive strategies. If that doesn't sicken you enough, it actually gets worse. One particularly malignant abuser told me that they have, I kid you not, a point system. Yes, certain women of certain ethnicities are worth more or less points on their disturbed, twisted "rating" system of women they can tear down. Certain women are worth more points than other women, based on her physical appearance, her education, her job, her ethnicity, etc. I was completely sickened to learn this back in 2014. This is how sick and disturbed these domestic abusers are. They contempt they feel for females is off the charts. One has to wonder what their own mothers did to them to make them feel such pure contempt for all females. I think a lot of these domestic abusers (not all) are actually closeted gay males pretending to be heterosexuals or what they call str8. smh Sick, sadistic males...
Omg 😢 so sad i know for two weeks could not go out as hair black eye and hemirage in the eye he punched in head in the face and eye socket 😔 suffocation also hair grabbing threw to floor was caught on cctv
It's awesome how when you call police for help and they arrest both victim and abuser. I was never arrested in my life until I called for help.
100% agree with this. I got hit over the head with a board from my ex wife, she wanted me charged also so she showed them a yellow bruise she got from work and they arrested both of us. Never took me to get checked out either.

Why not build a commuter railway?
BRT is better than rail , like BRT can detour if the main rout is affected , the rail is forced to suspend services if the main rout is affected , secondly BRT is able to reach more places compared to rail
Great step forward, hope to see this evolve into a full LRT one day. Until then, doing great already!

At the hands of my first husband I recieved over 100 blows to the head, to where id see bright flashes of light with most of the blows….Im almost 60 now and have memory problems and ptsd / severe anxiety disorder…..it has affected every adpect of my life..i was diagnosed with adhd at 45 years old and given adderal, which i take to this day, along with anxiety medication and sleep medication as i litterally cant fall asleep due to not being able to stop thinking…and I think of my tyes, it gives you mental problems forevernightmareish past all the time….after out divorce, he got into my residence when i was not home hiding in the closet when i returned….held me at gunpoint for 5 hours and played russian roulette with me..three times, thank goodness that I was lucky as he loaded three bullets into a revolver..when i wasnt shot he keep firing til the gun went off , firing one bullet in the floor and one in the wall, so id know how close It was…then sexually assaulted me…yes, it gives you mental trauma FOREVER.😟😞🥺😬😠
Thank you for sharing your story. I am a victim advocate. I am sincerely sorry that you went through this horrific abuse throughout your life there is help out there and support and advocates, doctors, counselors, that care. It does take time to find someone that is able to support you in your trauma and that is really important that they are unique to your situation and understanding how to support you. Thank you again for sharing. You do matter.
I wonder why they don't just start building Tram and Light Rail networks
They already have light rail since 2007 and a new tram opening in 2021.

My complainted just ignore me
Hi sir that’s the one my complaint before gf of my step dad my boyfriend she She squeeze my neck and why that lady let the cops going to somewhere she didn’t arrested she used to hands she squeeze me until the floor ?
"an fun and exciting solution" how about concentrating on the effecient part?
Or you could just build a metro/light rail that runs more energy efficient and carries many more passengers…
I don’t know if you know this but there’s already a light rail in Phoenix and it is getting expanded. This is for other areas in Phoenix that could use it.
not to mention that a brt cost a fraction of a metro/light rail
I like trains as much as the next guy, but that can take a long time to build, they are expensive to build, some or most cities don't have the population density to justify a train line/system. I'm getting a new light rail line on the same block I live in, but it won't be completed until 2028 at least, and most likely it will have to obey traffic just like cars instead of having the right of way
As mentioned by lokibau, brt’s cost a fraction of metro and light rail. The order of infrastructure should be bicycle lanes, normal electric bus lines, electric brt, metro, and electric train, no road expansion for cars, and only green planes.
@@ncard00 As of right now. There are no "green" planes. Just build intercity and or commuter rail.
This nice solution
Brt is a low capacity augmentation to the solution.. we need a larger lrt or metro system to severely reduce congestion
It’s a more immediate-medium term solution than a more costly light rail line… to which the LRT would likely cost significantly more just to STUDY/PLAN & literally find out how much the final product will cost. Much less to build. By way of comparison, BRT is primarily new sidewalk/median islands, not all that big of platforms, and some existing road space. An entire BRT line could overwhelmingly likely be COMPLETELY open within 2 construction seasons after everything is planned accordingly, meanwhile, how many YEARS of back & forth does it take in an average city for a light rail line just to be EXTENDED, heaven forbid improving existing facilities… Plus, it appears significant expansion of light rail within the Phoenix area is already going accordingly. BRT could be an excellent supplemental/filler service inbetween whatever lines are coming.
Nairobi I hope it works out. The traffic is massive.
One way to REDUCE TIME and CARBON emissions, LIVE WERE YOU WORK. Make Gentrification illegal. BUILD FEDERALLY owned low income housing for service workers at the core of the city. Canada has the COOP program where the tenants are the managers and do their own maintenance. Germany has mini groceries stores within a simple walk of your apartment.
I agree that Germany has many smaller stores instead of big ones. Unless you're in a village which does not have a grocery store, you should be able to reach one with a 10 minute or less walk
Huh interesting.
They fired a hero. Bad bad publicity
Yeah I think BD Made a great decision for reducing traffic jam.🇧🇩

Americans will do everything just so they don't have to build a full-fledged rail system.
Denver: Uh what?
Uhhh that area already has a light rail system. Pretty much every big city in America has one.
It *is* still a railway. Wym? Trams, rapid transit and intercity lines are all classified as railways.
@@dazza2350 He said "light rail", not a "railway". A railway is different from light rail. Most bigger American cities have light rail, not a "railway". You're probably thinking of some form of high speed rail, which admittedly we don't have, and even our closing option to it is pretty poor. But again, he never claimed to even know the concept of a "railway".

LRTs please there is 0 reason to use buses over LRTs. LRTs are more cost effective in the long run, more environmentally friendly, more attractive and massively boosts land value.
